Dave Patrick

Dave started his career in business operations and human resources out of his passion for people and a desire to help them be successful and fulfilled in their work. Spending the majority of his time working for small non-profits in Washington, D.C., the phrase “wearing many hats” quickly took on new meaning, giving him the opportunity to become a jack of all trades, and even discover a few hobbies. Today, Dave is bringing his unique approach on business operations to Flat Creek’s people focused, politically inspired agency model. He is always excited to talk about potential opportunities with anyone, but be forewarned, the conversation can quickly devolve into coffee facts, photography and camera gear, or Tennessee football.
